Refunds/Exchanges

At this time we only accept exchanges for equal or greater value and must be notified in writing of any issues within 5 days of the delivered date. We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. Any item that is altered in any way or engraved is ineligible for an exchange. All items which have been returned will be inspected to determine any use or if any modifications were made. Only one item exchange per order. Returned items must arrive back at Top Notch Treasures LLC in their original condition.

For exchanges, there is a 15% re-stocking fee on all exchanges (per item). In some cases, we can use your restocking fee as credit towards another purchase of greater value. We understand that it is difficult to buy jewelry online and want to do our best to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry. We will work until you are 100% satisfied.

 Generally, exchanges take 7-10 business days after your package has arrived to our parcel to be sent back out. Exchanges must include your order number, shipping address and exchange instructions. If you need an exchange Contact Us to complete the short form and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

Shipping returns

To exchange your product after contacting us, you should mail your product to our return address on original shipping label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Generally, exchanges take 7-10 business days after your package has arrived to our parcel to be sent back out.

If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items which have been returned will be inspected to determine any use or if any modifications were made. If the returned items have already underwent considerable use or modification (such as ring re-sizing, engraving, etc.), this disqualifies the buyer from an exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note:  Please DO NOT send items back to us for return after 5 days. If you do, we will hold on to your package until you pay for the shipping back; $20 for anywhere in the Continental USA, additionally all these packages will be sent via USPS priority mail.

Standard Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after order confirmation and we will issue you a full refund, unless your order has been shipped. In that case, you can request to exchange the item however, restocking fees and shipping fees will be applied.
